I have worked with Tamar for nearly five years. We have weekly remote sessions doing both tantric meditations and tantric life coaching. I have also had intensive sessions with her in multiple physical locations including breath work, de-armoring, sound healing, kundalini yoga, and many other practices. Her work has taken me on intense and occasionally visionary journeys through time and space, in my mind, body and in the world around me. I had a powerful experience during the de-armouring session, maybe the strongest healing session I’ve received. It was a full on journey, received great tools and techniques to move stuck energy in body, then we moved in to the de-armouring. Deep dive in to my inner world. A lot came up to surface. I witnessed myself releasing old stagnant emotions, it was definitely painful but then my state transformed in to pure bliss. So it made it all worth it. The way Tamar was holding me through this process was so perfect and beautiful. I felt very safe in her presence, her allowance and guidance removed the tension and any blockages I had so I was fully able to let go. Softness is her essence. You will feel it in her hands, They carry natural healing frequencies that soothes your body and soul. She speaks like calming waves of love, like a mother. Safe and protected.
